‘Untitled’

‘Untitled’ has no one defined identity or meaning, but rather it is fluid. I’ve had different perspectives on this piece since sharing, from everything from identity to harm, it’s refreshing to find others’ opinions and critiques on my work. This piece is gouache and collage on paper and was simply a practice of simpler forms, shapes and use of different materials.

My favourite element are the symbol like structures of the figure’s chest. They look loud and harsh and juxtapose the softer elements and fluid aspects like the melting shapes and drips that you can find around the piece.
