My use of re-purposed materials has lingered in my art for many years, starting back in school with old family photographs, vintage handbag items and old textiles. It was of no surprise that my interest in wasted materials has followed me like smoke in every room. In my current sketchy style, paper, cardboard and flat workable surfaces have reignited my passion for the forgotten media. In this section, you’ll find a variety of materials and more experimental line and mark making. I think this is my direction and will continue to develop and learn along the way.
